Welcome to le Gîte de la Madone !
For the introductions, we are 4 in the Calin family: Emilie, Sébastien and our 2 children, Maxime and Romain. We are situated in Rémoville, at an altitude of 310 metres, in the heart of the Vair valley, in the western Vosges, a small, typically Lorraine village of about 200 residents. We can communicate in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish!
Our holiday cottage is located on a hillside, with a beautiful sunny position due to its south-western orientation. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing and making the most of the lakes and thermal baths in the vicinity.
Discover also Neufchâteau, Vittel and Contrexéville, the ancient site of Grand, Domrémy-la Pucelle, the birthplace of Joan of Arc, as well as Mirecourt, the capital of violin making and lace making.

The holiday cottage was extremely clean, super well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, raclette machine, plancha, washing line, dishes… and even two coffee makers). The bedding is brand new and you sleep well. Everything is brand new! We felt very comfortable here! The garden and the barbecue are at the disposal of the tenants. A big thank you to the owners who are present in case of emergency and are very kind! The place is quiet and close to hikes and towns to visit (including Vittel, Contrexéville …). We will return with our eyes closed!
